okay so i have a doubt in a couple of legal aptitude questions…….the 65th one for instance how is the act of not seeing a clear sign phrohibiting diving by a guy with -7.50 not wearing glasses….reasonably forseeable?
and the 2nd one is the 73rd question where the conductor knocked down the child, how does his action fall under ‘legally authorised by the master’ as he is the conductor and not the driver.

the answer in this case was that the school is vicariously ;liable for the action of the conductor.

What is a good score? couldn’t really finish the paper, had all the comprehensions left. is that a cause of worry?

Okay, lot of questions. But before that, don’t you think the paper’s a little too lengthy? I mean, the entire Legal Reasoning section had medium sized comprehension based paragraphs whereas other ‘type’ of question like Fact, Opinions and Judgments and more straightforwards questions demanding less time were completely missing? Or is it that those ‘types’ won’t be asked anymore and are invalid now? Secondly, logical reasoning too had a LOT of comprehension based questions. Don’t you think it was pretty long – the first part of LR?

    And now, to the queries.
    First, Question 18.
The question is unclear. there is, actually, no question. I guessed it must be the surface area (pi*r*l) and so proceeded. In that case, r=7, pi=22/7 and l is calculated by Pythagoras thm. as follows : under root ( 7 sq + 24 sq ) = 25. Then pi*r*l = 22/7 * 7 * 25 which is 550 and NOT 55, as the solution indicates. Am I going wrong somewhere?

    Question 23.
Wiki describes ‘Referendum’ as ” A referendum (also known as a plebiscite or a ballot question) is a direct vote in which an entire electorate is asked to either accept or reject a particular proposal. This may result in the adoption of a new constitution, a constitutional amendment, a law, the recall of an elected official or simply a specific government policy ”
How can the key indicate ” An issue raised by a visiting diplomat to the government he is deputed to” as an answer?

    Question 123.
The bottom of the lower layer contains remains from a time frame following the frame which fits the siege. Its obvious that remains of the siege will hence be at a lower strata, isnt it? According to which, (a) should be the right answer!

Question 170. SY Quraishi is the CURRENT CEC, VS Sampath and Harishankar Brahma are CURRENT ECs. which leaves Navin Chawla (EX – CEC ) as the Odd one out, doesn’t it?

I made the silly mistake of choosing Adres Fogh Rasmussen instead of Aders. Will such options actually come? I mean, it seems a little cynical and naive to think they’ll test us on spelling! Knowing the guy is pretty much a big deal by itself, isn’t it? :P

I set the English questions, so I’ll answer q. 23.

Please DON’T refer Wiki as your *primary* source of information, in the question in point, use a dictionary. And use according to context. You shall find that the answer given is correct.
